Ideal candidates hold an NJ OT license and have 2–3 years of clinical and community-based experience, with strong communication skills and a valid NJ drivers license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients for occupational therapy needs and develop and implement action plans with physician collaboration.
• Document changes in clients condition and update care plans and outcomes.
• Identify patient, caregiver, and family education needs and plan teaching strategies.
• Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided.
• Participate in VNA Health Groups QAPI and in-service programs.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies.
• Adhere to the organizations policies on absenteeism and appearance.
