Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide medication management and somatic treatment for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The position involves delivering clinical and crisis services to adults with serious mental illness, requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and RN licensure in D.C. Applicants should have five years of clinical experience and expertise in physical health care, as well as strong assessment and clinical judgment skills. Qualifications

• Five years of clinical experience in a health care setting/organization.
• Relevant experience and expertise in physical health care.
• Experience treating/caring for consumers with serious mental illness.
• Driving is required with a valid local license and clean driving record.
• At least 75% of consumer face-to-face contact will be in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of nursing and mental health rehabilitation services.
• Follow up on mental health‑related medication prescription and administration.
• Conduct crisis assessment and intervention.
• Perform symptom assessment and individual supportive therapy.
• Assist in the treatment of substance abuse for co-occurring disorders.
• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and skill development.
• Train interpersonal social skills.
• Offer education, support, and consultation to consumers’ families.
