Job summary

River Oak Center for Children is seeking a Clinician for our Full-Service Partnership Wraparound (FSPW) program in Elk Grove. The role focuses on family-centered mental health services and collaborative planning to support youth at risk of juvenile justice involvement and placement changes.

Responsibilities include care planning, therapy, care coordination, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional standards. We welcome bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, psychology, and counseling or related field.
• Two years of full-time mental health or social services experience in relevant settings.
• Current BBS or BOP registration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present clinical documentation for team review.
• Develop and administer care plans.
• Conduct client visits for assessment and support.
• Provide individual and family therapy or rehabilitation sessions.
• Provide care coordination, advocacy, and referrals.
• Coordinate client goal development and meet billing productivity targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
