Merakey is seeking a Licensed Eligible Mental Health Professional to join an ACT/F-ACT team delivering recovery-focused, person-centered services to adults with severe mental illness in the community. Work with a multidisciplinary team to meet individuals where they are and promote stability and independence.

Responsibilities include delivering individual and group therapy, coordinating treatment plans, supporting daily living and social skills, conducting assessments, and participating in team

Formación

• Licensed as an LPC or LCSW, or license-eligible as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License and required state and federal clearances.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Lead coordinated, person-centered treatment plans and coordinate services across the treatment team.
• Support recovery in the community by strengthening daily living, social, vocational, housing, and community-integration skills.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust services; provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Participate in daily team meetings, treatment planning, and shared clinical decision-making under supervision.
