SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities - Office of Mental Health in Conway, SC seeks a Qualified Mental Health Professional I for the ACT Team. The role involves delivering evidence-based, intensive non-residential services for individuals with serious mental illness, under supervision by the ACT Team Manager and psychiatric lead.

• Master's degree in guidance, counseling or social services is required.
• State licensure: LISW-CP, LMFT, LPC or licensed psychologist; LMSW acceptable.
• One year of experience with adults with SPMI in a state agency is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to ACT patients to develop skills for good mental health.
• Facilitate access to community services and coordinate with natural supports.
• Complete screenings, assessments, and ICP development/revisions.
• Maintain documentation per QA/OMH, State and Federal standards.
