The position requires a master’s degree in guidance, counseling or related field, plus supervisory experience and licensure eligibility in SC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in guidance, counseling or the social sciences or a related field.
• One (1) year experience working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness.
• Supervisory experience is required in a mental health setting.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based services on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team.
• Lead ACT Team activities and ensure fidelity to the ACT model.
• Conduct assessments and track stages of change readiness.
• Facilitate access to 12-step and community groups.
• Deliver direct services using CBT and motivational interviewing.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and participate in supervision and team meetings.
