Altura Medical Group in Danbury, CT is seeking a Healthcare Physician Relations & Referral Development Specialist to strengthen ties with physicians, practices, and community partners throughout Greater Danbury. This is a local in-person role requiring 20 hours per week.

You will visit physician offices, introduce Altura, develop referral networks, participate in local events, and coordinate outreach campaigns while representing the organization in the community.

Qualificações

• Must currently live within commuting distance of Danbury, CT.
• Must be available to work in person and conduct regular local physician-office and community visits.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in healthcare physician relations or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presence.

Responsabilidades

• Visit physician offices and referral sources throughout Greater Danbury.
• Introduce Altura Medical Group and its services to partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, and community organizations.
• Conduct outreach by phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Follow up with existing and prospective partners and track outcomes.
• Represent Altura at community meetings and local events.
