Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is hiring a Family Services Coordinator in Warren, OH. The role supports youth and families in the community, under supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Requires a 4-year degree and the ability to travel up to 50%.

The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive salary of $45,000–$48,000, and a benefits package including generous time off and health coverage. Evening availability is required on some days.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible afternoon/evening hours.
• Proficient use of computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in home supportive services, transportation, parenting education, counseling, and advocacy to youth and families.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services.
• Coordinate and monitor services across mental health, medical, educational, and social supports.
