Job summary

The Arc of Greater Brockton in Brockton, MA is seeking a Community Based Day Support Coordinator – Level I to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building community participation and executing ISP/PCP goals.

This on-site, non-exempt role reports to the Program Director – Community Based Day Support and requires a high school diploma or GED along with 6 months of relevant experience. Training in PBS, First Aid/CPR, and safety protocols is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least six months related experience or training with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities to participate in community activities and implement Individual Support Plan objectives.
• Provide on-site supervision, training, and support per PCP/ISP.
• Document progress notes and maintain safety protocols including PBS techniques.
