Job summary

The Arc of Greater Brockton (AGB) seeks a Community Based Day Support Coordinator – Level I to assist participants with developmental disabilities in building community involvement and daily living skills. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring close collaboration with program staff and case managers.

Responsibilities include implementing PCP/ISP plans, documenting progress, supervising activities, and ensuring safety during off-site trips and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least six months related experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Training in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and management of aggressive behavior will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in community activities.
• Implement Individual Support Plans and document progress.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and training during on-site activities and transportation to off-site locations.
