Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Community Support Team Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist in Raleigh, NC. You will provide community-based services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders, including assessments, outreach, planning, and coordination to support recovery.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay of $42,000–$59,000, plus benefits. Travel to Wake and Durham counties is required; licensure and certifications are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold CCS/LCAS/LCASA/CSAC or CADC certification.
• Credentialed as Mental Health Qualified Professional.
• Certification as a medical administrative technician or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record.
• Demonstrate high moral and ethical character and none of the NC Healthcare Registry charges.

Responsibilities

• Provide CST Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders.
• Perform comprehensive substance abuse assessments and outreach in the community.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and Person-Centered Planning.
• Deliver structured face-to-face and psychosocial rehab interventions and case coordination.
