Easterseals PORT Health in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Community Support Team CST Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist to join a collaborative team delivering comprehensive services to people with mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders in community settings, including home visits.

The role emphasizes assessments, outreach, motivational interviewing, person-centered planning, structured interventions, and coordinated care, with a competitive salary and benefits; PSLF qualifier, ongoing

Qualifications

• A human services degree is preferred.
• Certification as CCS, LCAS, LCASA, CSAC or CADC is required or preferred.
• Must be credentialed as Mental Health Qualified Professional.
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance with a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders in community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive substance abuse assessments and motivational interviewing.
• Facilitate person-centered planning and psychosocial rehabilitative interventions.
• Coordinate case management and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
