At Easterseals PORT Health, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Community Support Team Co- Occurring Disorder Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist in the Community Support Team (CST), you will provide services to individuals who have a mental health or substance use disorder and meet the two life domains. As a Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist, you will also conduct comprehensive substance abuse assessments, use outreach and motivational interviewing techniques to work with individuals in earlier stages of change readiness, facilitate the Person-Centered Planning process, provide structured face-to-face interventions, and provide psychosocial rehabilitative interventions and case coordination.

This full-time position offers a Monday- Friday flexible nontraditional schedule and will the serve the Statesville and surrounding areas. This position is community based.
