Job summary

ND Health and Human Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist in Bismarck, ND. The role involves assessments, service planning, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy, including crisis intervention, in homes and community settings.

Travel to client locations is expected. A master's degree with ND licensure (LCSW/LPCC) or equivalent, or LMFT or Psychology licensure, is required. A sign-on bonus up to $16,000 may be offered based on licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or ND-Board approved areas and licensure (LCSW or LPCC).
• Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy with ND LMFT licensure.
• Doctorate in Psychology with ND license as a psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and service plans in a typical week.
• Guide care provided by other team members; monitor and update service recommendations.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and risk assessments in office and community.
• Provide education and consult to families, community, interns, and residents.
