Job summary

Southeast Behavioral Health Clinic in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join an interdisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused care across home and community settings.

You will conduct assessments, create service plans, provide individual/family/group therapy, and perform crisis interventions with travel to client homes as part of a rehabilitative, person-centered approach. Licensure in ND is required or nearing completion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or MFT and ND licensure as an LCSW/LPCC/LMFT or psychologist per ND Board.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and communities.
• Experience leading an interdisciplinary care team and providing crisis intervention.
• Ability to perform assessments, service planning, and therapy (individual, family, group).

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented care.
• Complete assessments and develop service plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments in office and community settings.
• Educate and consult with families, interns, and residents.
