West Central Behavioral Health Clinic in the Bismarck area seeks a Functional Family Therapist to join ND Department of Health & Human Services. The role involves individual, group, and family therapy, including Functional Family Therapy, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

You will assess, plan, and coordinate care, collaborate with medical providers and community resources, and document promptly. A master's degree and ND licensure are required, with credentials accepted including LCSW/LPCC,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related field with ND licensure.
• ND licensure as LCSW/LPCC or LMFT (or eligibility).
• Experience using Functional Family Therapy and trauma-informed care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy including FFT, CBT, and DBT.
• Collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and community resources.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with policies.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Respond to crises and perform risk assessments as needed.
• Engage families through the 5 stages of Functional Family Therapy.
