The National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in Dayton, OH is seeking a full-time Therapist to join the PASS-PSB and Health Ways Teams. The role provides counseling and support to children, youth, and families, with a focus on community-based services and safety.

Under supervision, you will conduct individual, group, and family therapy, complete documentation, travel locally, and participate in supervision and CQI activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• 2 years of direct service experience with youth and families preferred.
• A valid professional license as required by state or contract regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services.
• Complete timely documentation and required training.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Coordinate and monitor services across mental health, medical, educational, and social domains.
• Participate in supervision and Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
