Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Vocational / Housing Qualified Professional (QP) to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Mars Hill, NC. This full‑time role focuses on housing stability, employment and vocational goals, life skills, and community integration for individuals living with mental illness.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop person‑centered plans, coordinate services, and help clients access housing resources, education, and meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) requirements under 10A NCAC 27G.0104.
• Experience with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation, housing services, case management, or community behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide community‑based support focusing on housing, employment, vocational development, and independent living.
• Develop and monitor person‑centered service and treatment plans.
• Help clients identify and pursue employment, education, and vocational goals.
• Assist clients with housing resources and stability.
• Connect clients with community resources and benefits supporting independence.
• Collaborate with the ACTT multidisciplinary team to coordinate services and monitor progress.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and discharge planning.
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with program and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, employers, housing providers, and community partners.
• Provide transportation and community‑based services as needed.
• Participate in crisis response and rotating on‑call responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
