Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Mears, Michigan, is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 play-based ABA support in homes and community settings during evening hours. This part-time role requires reliable transportation and completion of the 40-hour RBT training, or willingness to complete before start date.

You will follow BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families and supervisors, building positive relationships with kids and their families

Qualifications

• Must have 40-hour RBT training completed or willingness to complete before start date.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques.
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team.
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors.
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families.
