Job summary

Learning Path ABA Services in Grand Blanc, Michigan, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) to implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in both center-based and in-home settings and collecting data on client progress.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, RBT certification is preferred, and experience with children is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain with support).
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, autism, education, childcare, or related fields)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and in-home settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings
