Position Details:

The Behavioral Specialist Will Be Responsible For:

• Providing treatment to adults with ID or autism and a mental health diagnosis in a community setting.
• Collaborating with other treatment team members, assessing, designing, and directing the implementation of recovery-oriented, person-centered treatment and support plans.
• Leading development and monitoring of behavioral support interventions and collaborating with external behavior support professionals.
• Providing individual and group treatment and support, choosing appropriate modalities based on individual/family needs and treatment plans.
• Collecting, evaluating, and presenting behavioral data through functional behavioral assessments.
• Conducting training related to implementing person-centered plans.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or related health and human services field.
• Licensed in PA or eligible as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), LMFT, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License required.
