Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or a related health and human services field required.
• Licensed in PA or certified eligible as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Experience in behavioral health with individuals with mental health or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License required.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to adults with ID or autism and a mental health diagnosis in community settings.
• Assess, design, and implement recovery-oriented, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
• Develop and monitor behavioral support interventions, collaborating with external professionals as needed.
• Deliver individual and group treatments tailored to client needs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data through functional assessments.
• Conduct training on person-centered plans.
