Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers using Bank Service Excellence Standards.
• Accept deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, sell official checks, and maintain cash levels.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate team members.
• Prepare daily settlement and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Support adherence to internal policies and risk management.
