ACNB Bank in Mt. Airy, MD is seeking a full-time Community Banking Associate (Teller) to join our local team. You will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, and help with everyday banking transactions while delivering friendly service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, cash handling or retail experience, strong math and communication skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office. This role offers growth opportunities within the bank and a supportive, team-based work

Qualificações

• Education & experience: high school diploma or equivalent; customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, grammar, and math skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and banking software familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with banking transactions in a courteous manner.
• Accept deposits and withdrawals, process checks, and balance cash drawer daily.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate team members.
• Prepare daily settlement and maintain cash accuracy.
• Support policy compliance and risk management practices.
