Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, food service, or team environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Friendly, communicative and coachable; works well in a team.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care.
• Learn products, coach customers, and help open or manage accounts.
• Assist customers with the digital banking app and guidance.
• Communicate clearly and kindly; resolve questions with teammates as needed.
• Protect customer information and follow bank rules to prevent fraud.
