Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Outlook.
• Selling and motivational skills a must.
• The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds established goals and objectives; report results to management.
• Ensure superior customer service within the Retail Banking Center; supervise staff.
• Motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide cross-selling training.
• Assist in training staff and in the Bank's security and compliance procedures.
• Perform teller line and new accounts support as needed; participate in outside sales activities.
• Maintain branch controls, audits, and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
