Job summary

First Interstate seeks an Associate Community Banker to deliver personalized client service, hold financial conversations to determine needs, and provide suitable solutions. You will maintain client relationships with emphasis on our service commitments and adherence to our vision and values.

You will open and manage a range of products, perform teller duties, and engage in outreach to build relationships while staying compliant with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Banking or related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform a variety of financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client service in person and by phone.
• Open and maintain bank products (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, cards).
• Perform teller duties and basic banking transactions.
• Assist with consumer loan processes and approvals as needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across lines of business.
