You will engage with customers to open and maintain accounts, handle teller duties, and explore referral opportunities across banking lines while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Banking or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including checking/savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and consumer cards.
• Performs Teller duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; counts currency accurately.
• May engage in conversations about and process new consumer loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Stays compliant with regulations and bank policies.
