Job summary

Community State Bank in Wisconsin seeks a Universal Banker III to provide exceptional service, handle deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, open and maintain personal and business accounts, and resolve account issues with efficiency.

The UB III will identify cross-selling opportunities, quote rates, and guide customers through banking solutions, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a superb customer experience across branches in Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth counties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; banking or sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions.
• Open and maintain personal and business accounts; perform account maintenance and resolution.
• Assist customers with access to safe deposit boxes, address changes, and travel notifications.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to current and prospective customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and provide exceptional customer service.
