Qualifications

• Experience opening personal checking and savings accounts and handling routine banking transactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to guide customers on available banking products.

Responsibilities

• Open personal checking and savings accounts for new and existing customers with proper documentation.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate services to drive sales.
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Order debit cards and assist with debit card disputes.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the right department.
• Balance coin machine and roll coin.
• Assist other departments on projects as needed.
