Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and address inquiries promptly.
• Inform and suggest new banking products.
• Provide account information and ensure privacy and compliance.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and courteously.
• Open and service accounts per procedures.
• Refer customers to banking partners when appropriate.
• Support marketing and community outreach campaigns.
• Assist with deposits, loan applications, and documentation as needed.
