UniBank in Sutton, MA is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting customer relationships, and cross-sell UniBank products.

Based at our Sutton North Branch, you will handle teller and platform transactions, open accounts, and support community outreach while adhering to bank policies.

Strong communication, cash handling, and sales skills, with a high school diploma, are preferred. Competitive pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Experience with cash handling, customer service, and sales required.
• Strong verbal, written, math, customer service, sales, PC and operational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport to generate loyalty.
• Serve as the single point of contact for UniBank products and services.
• Process teller and platform transactions accurately with policies.
• Cross-sell products and refer to other staff as needed.
• Open accounts, CDs, and other UniBank products; complete paperwork.
• Cross-sell loans and participate in business development and outreach.
