Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone.
• Opens and maintains banking products including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, cards, and loans.
• Processes loan requests for consumer and small business clients.
• Identifies referral opportunities across product lines.
• Assists with teller duties and routine financial transactions.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and accurate records.
