Self-Help in Sunnyside, WA is seeking a Universal Banker to manage consumer lending, member services, and cash handling. You will interview applicants, determine eligibility, open accounts, promote products, and handle teller duties.

The role requires 3–5 years banking experience and Spanish fluency preferred, plus a high school diploma. Some travel to cover other branches may be required.

Qualificações

• Three to five years of banking experience or exposure to consumer lending.
• Spanish language fluency preferred (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to form and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• May be required to travel to cover other branches.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire consumer loan process from initiation through closing, including interviewing loan applicants and determining loan eligibility.
• Greet and assist members, provide prompt and accurate service, and open consumer and business accounts.
• Promote credit union products and services based on members' needs and perform routine teller transactions.
• Open, balance, and reconcile cash drawer; support vault and ATM operations as part of a dual-control team.
