Self-Help Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker for its Sunnyside, WA team. You will manage the full consumer loan process from interview to closing, ensure accuracy, and disclose terms in line with policies.

You will greet members, open accounts, promote suitable credit union services, and handle routine teller tasks. Travel may be needed to cover branches; a high school diploma is required. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish fluency preferred for member outreach.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking or consumer lending.
• Ability to form and maintain strong relationships with members and colleagues.
• May be required to travel to cover other branches.

Responsabilités

• Manage the consumer loan process from initiation through closing.
• Greet and assist members; open consumer and business accounts; promote products.
• Process share deposits, loan payments, and other transactions; handle teller functions.
• Open, close, and balance cash drawer; assist with vault and ATM duties.
