GTE Financial in Florida seeks a Community Financial Center Manager to grow center production and develop staff while deepening member relationships through outside sales and community activities.

You will coach a team to deliver exceptional service, manage daily operations, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and drive local market growth by engaging with community organizations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or five years of progressive management experience.
• At least five years in finance with minimum one year in a management role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required).
• Location: Community Financial Center; Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Community Financial Center production and personnel.
• Drive market growth, outside sales, and member engagement through community activities.
• Coach, motivate, and manage the team to meet objectives and brand standards.
• Oversee loan documentation accuracy, compliance, and procedural adherence.
• Represent the center in the community and establish organizational partnerships.
