Job summary

GTE Financial is seeking a proactive Assistant Community Financial Center Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations and a small team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences, coaching staff, and driving cross-sell of financial products.

You will build and maintain member relationships, educate on products, and partner with Mortgage, Investments, and Insurance services. The position requires leadership, lending knowledge, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Min. 3–5 years' experience in a financial institution or related field with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of lending practices and interpretation of credit bureau reports.
• Qualify for or hold Level II lending authority as prescribed by GTE Financial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve high performance and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff (3 FTE on average).
• Cultivate member relationships and generate leads for internal partners (Mortgage, Investments, Insurance).
• Ensure a premier member and employee experience and uphold branding standards.
