Journey Bank, a Muncy Columbia Financial Company, seeks a Full-Time Community Banking Associate to work on-site at the Millville Community Office in Bloomsburg, PA. The role supports paying and receiving functions and coordinates with the department while reporting to the supervisor.

The position emphasizes customer service, accuracy in deposits and payments, and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, CRA, and related regulations. Hours are Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking education or training preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and courteous behavior.
• Analytical and math skills; ability to operate office machines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accept deposits, cash checks and process utility bill payments.
• Sell treasurer checks, money orders, and other bank products.
• Accept loan payments, safe deposit box rent and other related payments.
• Process night deposits and mail deposits.
• Identify new business opportunities with customers and refer to appropriate staff.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
