F&M Trust is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve customers at the Carlisle Crossing Office in Carlisle, PA. You will handle a broad set of transactions, promote bank products, and build relationships in a recently renovated space that uses cash recyclers.

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) at our Carlisle Crossing Office. As an FSR, one will service current and new customers of the bank in our recently renovated office that now uses cash recyclers. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers. Additionally, this individual will recommend bank products and services that will benefit our customers. If not knowing bank products and services scares you, don't worry, we'll train you on product knowledge. And do you know what is even more exciting? After completing your initial training period, you'll advance your career in the banking industry by gaining even more knowledge and skills that will enable to you open accounts for customers. The Team

• At the Carlisle Crossing Office, the full team consists of a Community Office Manager who oversees a cluster of offices (Carlisle Crossing and Boiling Springs), an Assistant Community Office Manager who oversees a cluster of offices (Carlisle Crossing and Boiling Springs), Lead Financial Services Representative, 1 part-time FSR and 1 other full-time FSR beyond this position. This Carlisle Crossing team will also work closely with the Boiling Springs team on an ongoing basis.
