Job summary

Connex Credit Union in Monroe, CT is seeking a New Account Representative to promote membership growth by expanding member relationships and delivering outstanding service. Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years retail or banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a financial advocate/coach for members and helps expand member relationships.
• Drives loan volume within the branch by recognizing member needs and guiding them to appropriate products.
• Perform teller duties (approximately 30% of time) and provide excellent customer service at the teller line.
• Guide members through the loan process from application to closing.
• Identify member needs and assist in attaining financial goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for members in Credit Union matters.
• Research and resolve member issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and procedures.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to new and prospective members to build relationships.
