Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service to all Bank customers while performing account transactions.
• Create superior and meaningful client-driven experience for each customer or potential customer.
• Coordinate internal and external customer service with other bank employees and departments.
• Take ownership of customer issues and personally guide customers through all interactions with the bank.
