As a Brentwood Bank Universal Banker, you are our customers’ front-line relationship banker responsible for delivering personalized, friendly service while helping our customers with all their financial service needs. The Universal Banker is responsible for establishing, developing, and retaining strong customer relationships; identifying and promoting additional bank products and services; accurately and courteously processing customer transactions; and maintaining accurate cash and transaction records. In addition, this role will act as a resource in identifying and resolving customer service issues through conversation with customers by listening to uncover financial needs and transition customers to Personal Bankers to further assist with their financial goals.
