Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions according to bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support sales activities within the branch through seminars, micromarketing events, campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Adhere to controls and regulatory procedures to safeguard customers and assets.
• Assess risk in business decisions while upholding the firm's reputation and compliance.
