Qualifications

• Familiar with digital platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client service in person and by phone.
• Open and maintain checking, savings, CDs, and basic banking products.
• Perform teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Discuss loan or product needs with clients and process requests.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and document referrals in the 360 View system.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain accuracy with minimal errors and adhere to regulations.
