Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Belle Fourche, SD is seeking a Community Banker to deliver personalized client service, build relationships, and identify financial solutions for clients and prospects.

You will manage a range of banking products, from checking/savings to loans, and collaborate with colleagues across lines of business to meet client needs. Strong communication and compliance with banking regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Uses tact and diplomacy with clients and coworkers.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft programs, and 10-key skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, addressing questions and offering solutions.
• Opens/maintains accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Discusses client needs and provides appropriate banking solutions.
• Processes consumer and small business loan requests as applicable.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents them using the 360 View system.
