Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers, receive deposits, process transactions and verify accuracy.
• Enter transactions in the bank system and issue customer receipts.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and maintain secure area for confidential records.
• Assist customers with account-related issues and escalate as needed to improve experience.
• Refer banking products and services to appropriate business partners and stay compliant with regulations.
