Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Banking or related experience required.
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, credit cards.
• Performs Teller duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Ensures accuracy with minimal errors and regulatory compliance.
