Qualifikationen

• Paralegal experience required—prefer 3–5 years in community association or commercial real estate matters.
• College degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage all aspects of the Community Association Practice, supporting attorneys as needed.
• Assist in preparing governing documents, amendments, exhibits, schedules, and board resolutions.
• Manage filings with governing agencies for community associations and condominiums.
• Analyze documents and surveys, prepare summaries, and coordinate with title companies and boards.
• Perform other duties and special projects to support attorneys, clients, and the firm.
