This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team team that assists clients in the formation, operation, and management of common interest communities.
As a member of our Community Association Practice, you will represent developers and common interest communities across a broad spectrum of matters, including statutory compliance, general governance and best practices, document compliance and enforcement, developer transition, warranty issues, condemnation, dissolution, fiduciary duties, fair housing, and dispute resolution.
