Qualifications

• 3–5 years of community association management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional, tactful and customer-focused.
• Excellent organizational skills including meeting prep, documentation, and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and administrative activities for assigned communities.
• Oversee maintenance, preventative maintenance, and property inspections.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, review financial reports, and manage delinquencies.
• Coordinate Board meetings, notices, agendas and reporting.
• Build positive relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and staff.
• Obtain competitive bids, oversee vendor performance, and ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws while delivering exceptional service.
